William Lacoste joined the Montreal office during the 2016 recruitment process and obtained his Bachelor’s in both Civil and Common Law from McGill University.
During his studies, he worked as the Director of human and material resources at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, where he was responsible for training and supervising more than 150 student volunteers. He has also worked for the Legal Department of a major Canadian airport.
William was also involved as a founding volunteer of the Montréal Trans Legal Clinic, a clinic which aims to inform transgender individuals of applicable legal procedures to facilitate their transition. William also got the chance to participate in an exchange program in Amsterdam during the fall 2015 semester.
William fluently speaks English, French and Dutch.
