Areas of practice
Bruno Verdon is a partner and co-coordinator of Lavery’s litigation group.
Mr. Verdon’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and encompasses all aspects of litigation, contractual and extracontractual, in areas such as real estate, lessor/lessee relations, franchisor/franchisee relations, competition, financial institutions, bankruptcy and insolvency, injunctions, seizures, and realization of security on movable and immovable property.
Mr. Verdon serves a diverse clientele in both the public and private sectors and acts before courts at all levels, including arbitration tribunals.
In addition to writing articles and giving lectures on a variety of subjects related to his field of practice, Mr. Verdon authored the 19th fascicle of the JurisClasseur encyclopedia Québec - Contrats nommés I (on leasing agreements) published by LexisNexis.
