Chloé Fauchon and Charlotte Fortin participate in a discussion on climate change with the federal Minister of Environment and Climate Change

On August 23, 2016, Chloé Fauchon and Charlotte Fortin, as members of Jeunes Philanthropes de Québec, participated in a meeting led by Minister of Environment and Climate Change, the Honourable  Catherine McKenna and Joël Lightbound, MP for Louis-Hébert.  The purpose of this meeting was to exchange ideas regarding the steps governments and citizens can take to fight climate change. The Minister was in Quebec City to participate in a series of meetings aimed at reaching a pan-Canadian agreement on clean growth and focused on the fight against climate change planned for this fall.

Ms. Fortin also sits on the board of directors of Jeunes Philanthropes de Québec, a not-for-profit organization founded a few years ago by Jean-Simon Deschênes, partner at Lavery and a member of the Business law group.
