Brigitte M. Gauthier practises in the area of private financing. She represents national and international lending institutions in all aspects of secured and unsecured loans, including syndicated financing and project

financing.

 

In addition, Ms. Gauthier works closely with financial institutions in structuring and documenting new lending and security programs and advises these institutions on implementing these programs in their branch networks. Her expertise is also regularly required by automobile financing companies in connection with the registration of their security and protection of their

interests.

 

Ms. Gauthier also advises various entities on their securitization programs and the implementation of those programs in the Province of Québec.

Over the years, Ms. Gauthier has also represented various businesses and organizations with respect to their commercial operations and corporate reorganizations of those operations. Her knowledge of corporate and commercial law is an ideal complement to her financing expertise.
