Since 1970, C. François Couture has been practising mainly in the fields of civil and commercial litigation and administrative law.
 
He pleads regularly before the civil courts and administrative tribunals and has represented numerous clients in various areas ranging from general civil liability to product liability and special recourses, such as injunctions.
 
Mr. Couture frequently acts in disciplinary law matters and various commercial and contractual matters. He is also a mediator in civil and commercial matters.
