Daniel Des Aulniers practices in the area of corporate restructuring and insolvency where he advises provincial and national companies. He also works with trustees in business restructuring plans and represents creditors dealing with debtors in financial difficulty. He also practices in the area of commercial and corporate litigation.

He has been litigating before all levels of Quebec courts for more than 25 years. He prepares training seminars for clients as well as conferences on the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
