Élise Poisson is specialized in commercial and contractual litigation in a variety of areas, including real estate, banking and financial transactions, franchising, competition, intellectual property, shareholders' remedies, bankruptcy and insolvency, injunctions, seizures, and the liquidation of security on movable and immovable property. 

Ms. Poisson also appears before certain administrative tribunals.

Ms. Poisson was Managing Partner of the firm from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012.
