Emilie Duguay is a member of our Business Law Group and practices with the Securities team at our Montreal offices. She advises clients respecting the application of securities and corporate governance regulations and assists them with various matters such as public and private financings, business reorganizations as well as mergers and acquisitions. She also assists public corporations with the preparation of their continuous disclosure documents.
