BIOGRAPHY
Legal Counsel
Éric Gélinas practices as a member of the Business Law Group in our Montreal office. In particular, he assists businesses in connection with complex tax reorganizations and the fiscal aspects of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He is also interested in the tax aspects of estate planning and transfers of businesses from generation to generation.
His main areas of expertise are corporate tax planning, tax reorganizations of corporations and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions of businesses.
