Joëlle Montpetit is a paralegal specializing in real estate law. She has been with the Business Law Group in our Montreal office since 2006. Before joining the firm, she worked in a land surveyors’ office for five years.

 

As part of her duties, Ms. Montpetit performs searches at the registry offices and in other governmental registries. In addition, she assists in real estate title examinations and preparation of the related reports. She also prepares documents for publication in the Quebec land register.
