Associate
As a member of the firm's litigation group, he practices primarily in the areas of insurance law, commercial litigation and professional liability.

In his work, he is required to exercise a variety of skills including drafting legal proceedings, representing clients before the courts and negotiating and implementing settlements. He also takes part in conferences and training sessions dealing with insurance law on a regular basis.

Mr. Lacoste Jobin recently lectured on the insurance law developments of the preceding year for the Canadian Bar Association.
