Josiane L'Heureux began her career as an articling student working in the medical-legal area while employed in the legal department of the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec.

She joined a labour law firm in 2000, where she represented various unions over a period of two years. She subsequently became a member of the labour relations team at Pratt & Whitney Canada and was part of the company's negotiating team for the renewal of the collective agreement with its employees.

Ms. L'Heureux has been a lawyer with the Labour and Employment Law Group at Lavery since January 2003. She provides legal counsel and representation before judicial and administrative tribunals to clients operating in various business sectors.
