Julie Cousineau practises in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. In particular, Ms. Cousineau works in a variety of fields: cases pertaining to restrictive clauses, such as non-competition and confidentiality clauses, shareholder disputes, commercial leases and real estate, general injunctions and also proceedings for injunctive relief in aboriginal matters, proceedings with regard to the distribution and sale of products, commercial arbitration, banking and all types of contractual remedies.
