Associate
Marie-Hélène Jolicoeur has particular expertise in the areas of labour and employment law, health law and the law of occupational health and safety. She pleads before administrative tribunals and the courts of law, particularly in consent to care and institutional confinement matters. She also acts as a negotiator of collective agreements.

Ms. Jolicoeur was called to the Quebec Bar in July 2007 and joined Lavery in July 2011, after practising with another law firm for several years.

From 2007 to 2009, she also worked for the legal consultation service at the Montreal Small Claims Court on behalf of the Young Bar Association of Montreal. Since 2009, she has been actively involved in the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal, and was moreover appointed as their Vice-President, Corporate Affairs and Secretary on July 1, 2011.
