Marie-Renée Sirois is a part of Lavery’s Business Law Group in Ottawa. She provides legal advice and counsel to various businesses on matters related to business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing and financial services, taxation, restructuring, insolvency and banking law.

 

Ms. Sirois has made contributions to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada newsletter.

 

Ms. Sirois is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
