Michel Desrosiers specializes in labour relations, particularly as a negotiator and litigator for clients in the private and public sectors.

 

Throughout the years, Mr. Desrosiers acquired extensive experience in labour law and occupational health and safety law. He advises clients in the day to day management of their human resources and contributes to the development of corporate strategies for human resources.

 

He represents clients before the courts in labour and employment matters and is frequently retained to negotiate collective agreement renewals.

 

Mr. Desrosiers is often invited as a lecturer and authored various articles on labour relations. He is a co-author, with others in the firm, of the Guide du gestionnaire des accidents du travail et des maladies professionnelles (Les Éditions Wilson and Lafleur, 1985).
