Sanda Tureanu has been a paralegal since 2005. She joined the firm’s Corporate Services team in the Montreal offices in 2007 and works in various fields of business law.

 

Ms. Tureanu supports the firm’s corporate lawyers in the preparation of documents required for the incorporation and organization of corporations. In addition, she works on amendments to articles, continuances, dissolutions as well as registrations of corporations both in Quebec and other jurisdictions. She also reviews the corporate status and updates minute books and corporate records of corporations. Lastly, she assists in the preparation of legal documentation relating to various commercial operations and transactions.
