Sarah Talpis-Guillet practises in corporate and commercial law. Generally speaking, she acts in files involving commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting commercial agreements. More specifically, her primary role is as a legal advisor to Quebec, Canadian and foreign corporations in connection with purchase and sale transactions of private corporations. She has also had the opportunity to work with companies involved in the transportation sector and in infrastructure projects.
