BIOGRAPHY
Associate
Ms. Zeïneb Mellouli joined the Administrative Law team in 2011. Her primary fields of practice include access to information, protection of personal information, privacy matters, defamation and the application of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms as well as constitutional law.
She has completed a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in transnational and common law, both from the University of Sherbrooke. After following an articling program at United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, in Geneva, Ms. Mellouli had the opportunity to work as a research lawyer for the Honorable judges of the Superiror Court of Quebec for the last few years on behalf of the Ministère de la Justice.
During her academic curriculum, she won second place for Best Oralist at the 2007 Bora Laskin Moot contest, a national competition in constitutional and administrative law. Ms. Mellouli was also awarded the Albert Leblanc Medal throughout her graduate studies for academic excellence and commitment. She is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2009.
