For more than five decades, our firm has been very active in this industry and has assisted a good number of companies to achieve their business development objectives, both here in Canada and elsewhere in the world, namely by helping them set up various financial structures and implement strategic alliances. - Advice concerning the exercise of expropriation right as set out in the Mining Act (Quebec)
- Representation for all issues concerning union accreditation and negotiation of collective agreements
- Representation for conciliation, arbitration proceedings or court litigation
