BERNARD LAROCQUE APPOINTED TO PROBONO QUEBEC'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Montreal, July 12, 2010 - Bernard Laroque has been appointed to the Board of Directors of ProBono Quebec, a charity that promotes and coordinates pro bono legal work to resolve cases that are exceptional, raise issues of public interest or in which citizens or groups of citizens who do not have the financial resources to defend their rights could suffer permanent harm. Lavery is an active member of Pro Bono Québec, which hopes to become a meeting place for bringing together and generating pro bono legal initiatives aimed at improving access to justice.
In addition, Mr. Larocque will continue to serve on the approval committee as he did last year.
