LAVERY WELCOMES DIANA DARILUS, TAX LAWYER

Montreal, June 22, 2010 – Lavery is pleased to welcome Ms. Diana Darilus to the tax law team of its Montreal office’s Business Law Practice Group. Ms. Darilus will serve clients mainly in matters related to corporate taxation and consumption taxes as well as the elaboration of tax and estate planning.
Ms. Darilus received her law degree from the Université de Montréal in 2007 and studied at the Osgoode Hall Law School of York University for a semester. In addition, she was on the Dean’s Honour List of her graduating class of the Faculty of Law. Ms. Darilus was also awarded a scholarship in taxation from the Quebec Ministry of Finance and completed a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in taxation at HEC Montreal in 2010. She is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2010.
