Karine Pelletier joined Lavery in 2010, after having practised for over three years in another major law firm in the Quebec City region. She is a member of Lavery’s Business Law Group and her practice mainly focuses on transactional law and financing. More specifically, Ms. Pelletier is involved in matters related to business transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as the preparation of various business contracts. She also represents clients in financing transactions, including the creation of security rights on various types of assets.
