Benoit Vincent Morel practises in the Business Law Group. He advises large corporations and SMEs, both privately and publicly-held, on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of business transactions, in particular, with respect to financings, start-ups, transfers of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and the making of commercial agreements. 
 
He practices corporate, commercial and securities law. His clients include SMEs and companies listed on stock exchanges, in particular on the TSX Venture Exchange.
