Ms. Laboissonnière has been a paralegal in our Quebec City office since 2000. She received her diploma in paralegal technical education in 1993. She specializes in the preparation of the documentation required for the incorporation, organization, merger and dissolution of corporations and the amendment of their articles of incorporation. Ms. Laboissonnière also possesses the necessary expertise for drafting closing documents, contracts and resolutions relating to purchases and sales of shares or assets and corporate reorganizations for commercial and tax purposes. In addition, she is involved in the drafting of share capital structures. She has acquired solid experience in reviewing minute books and correcting irregularities. Lastly, she monitors the annual updating of legal entities.
