Claude Lacroix is a member of the firm's Business Law Group who enjoys the trust and confidence of a large clientele, including many companies who are recognized as leaders in their areas of business. He represents his clients before most of the courts of law and administrative and regulatory tribunals. In addition, he has expertise in corporate structuring and financing of both private and public companies.
 
Mr. Lacroix also took part in founding and developing the Centre d'arbitrage commercial, national et international du Québec (CACNIQ).
 
Representative work
 

    Directed the legal work on a number of major financial transactions involving conventional forms of financing, loan facilities, subscriptions of share capital, initial public offerings as well as other forms of secondary distributions subject to the securities regulations, and transactions to set up Quebec business investment companies (QBIC).
