Maude St-Georges is a member of the Litigation group, and her practice focuses primarily on the areas of health law, insurance law and civil and professional liability – particularly medical and hospital liability as well as personal injury.
During her B.A. at Université de Montréal, Ms. St-Georges participated in a summer program at the China University of Political Science and Law. While doing her master’s degree in comparative law at McGill University, she worked as a research assistant for Professor Shauna Van Praagh and became interested in the concept of restitutio in integrum in extracontractual civil liability.
