Frédéric Laflamme joined the Litigation Group in August 2016. His practice is focused on most areas of the law involving civil and commercial litigation. He represents both legal persons (corporations) and natural persons before the various courts, and advises them on settling their disputes. He regularly pleads before all the civil courts of Quebec.
Before joining the firm, Frédéric practised law in the Montreal offices of a large pan-Canadian law firm and then completed a university masters-level program in France, in journalism. He subsequently hosted a radio program on ICI Radio-Canada Première for about ten years, notably in the Mauricie region and in Central Quebec, in addition to collaborating on numerous national radio programs.
In 2000, Mr. Laflamme was a member of the winning team of the Laskin Moot competition in constitutional and administrative law.
