Mitchell Leibovitch is a lawyer and patent agent in Lavery’s intellectual property group. He mainly practices in the electrical, electronics and mechanical areas. He is also involved in preparing legal advice and opinions regarding patents. Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and a LL.B. from Université de Montréal. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
