Mitchell Leibovitch is a lawyer and technical advisor in patents in Lavery’s intellectual property group (previously with Goudreau Gage Dubuc* since July 2017). He mainly practices in the electrical, electronics and mechanical areas. He is also involved in preparing legal advice and opinions regarding patents. Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and a LL.B. from Université de Montréal.

* In September 2018, Lavery Lawyers and Goudreau Gage Dubuc (GGD) integrated their operations in order to offer their clients a complete range of legal services.
