Representative mandates

  • Represented a major Canadian financial institution in the sale of two office buildings in downtown Montréal and the negotiation of the offer to lease and the joint venture agreement for its new downtown head office
  • Represented a Canadian entrepreneur, a leader in the restoration sector, in the acquisition of the Hôtel St-James in Old Montréal and the negotiation of a long-term lease for the hotel in its historic building on Rue St-Jacques
  • Represented a major Canadian real estate manager, whose clientele is composed of real estate investment funds, pension funds, and financial institutions, in all facets of owning, managing, leasing, and developing its real estate portfolio in Québec
  • Represented three of the co-owners of the Wilder Building, the new home of Espace Danse in Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles, an innovative project whose legal structure includes emphyteusis and divided co-ownership. 
  • Represented Réseau Sélection, a Québec company specialized in the design, construction, management, and administration of retirement home complexes, in a major joint venture transaction with Revera Inc., a major Canadian supplier of housing, care, and services to senior citizens
  • Advised AP Wireless Investments ULC in the implementation of agreements required for the expansion of its company in Québec and represented that company in the acquisition of cellular telephone service provider contracts
  • Represented Réseau Sélection in the acquisition of three retirement homes
  • Represented the Republic of Poland in the sale of its consulate in Montréal
