Associate
Étienne Brassard practises business law with the firm and is a member of the Private Financing Group. His main areas of practice are business finance, banking law and commercial law and, in particular, the negotiation and drafting of credit and inter-creditor agreements and the enforcement of security on various types of assets.

He also represents and advises clients in connection with asset and share purchases and sales, corporate reorganizations, and the negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts.

Mr. Brassard has a Master of Laws in business law for which he received several prizes, in particular, the merit scholarship from the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (2007) of the University of Montreal and the Aubrey-Vincent-Senez Scholarship for excellence in business law (2007).
