  2. Gérard Mounier appointed to the board of directors of the Infrastructure Council

    On May 31, Gérard Mounier, a strategic advisor with the Business Law group and co-chair of the Infrastructure group, was appointed to the board of directors of the Infrastructure Council. Part of his mandate will be to further the three main principles of the Council, which are to i) promote advantageous partnerships for the community, ii) intervene objectively with public organizations and iii) foster technological innovation and sustainable economic development while ensuring the good governance of the organization.

  3. Gérard Mounier joins Lavery as Strategic Advisor for Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources

Mr. Mounier has held senior management positions at major financial institutions and companies for over 25 years. He specializes in project finance in the infrastructure, energy as well as industrial and mining asset fields. Mr. Mounier is recognized for his high-level technical knowledge, his masterful understanding of the business stakes in the industries in which he works and his ability to find solutions that meet the needs of all the players involved in projects (operators, suppliers, etc.).
