Marc Rochefort practices in the field of business law with a special emphasis on securities, corporate finance, other corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.

 

Mr. Rochefort is also listed in the 2013 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading practitioner in the field of Securities Law.
