Chief, Marketing, Communication and Strategy

Nathalie Borgniez is Head of Strategy and Growth, and reports to Anik Trudel, CEO. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

In this capacity, she is responsible for defining and implementing strategic initiatives related to business development, communications and marketing, in alignment with the firm’s overall direction. As steward of the Lavery brand and client experience, she ensures the delivery of distinctive, value-added services.

She works closely with partners and professionals to support the development, positioning and strengthening of client relationships, implementing structured and proactive approaches that drive growth and client retention.

Nathalie also contributes to aligning strategic initiatives with the firm’s business priorities and supports leadership in the execution of key projects aimed at enhancing Lavery’s market presence and profile.

Previously, she held a senior leadership role overseeing planning and strategic initiatives, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to drive key priorities and alignment across the organization. This experience gave her a broad, enterprise-wide perspective, which now shapes her integrated approach to marketing, communications, and business development.
