He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Law and Policy at the Université de Sherbrooke. During his studies, he notably served as Communications Manager on the Board of Directors of the Université Laval Law Students’ Association (AED). In 2027, Philippe will join the Québec City office to complete his Bar internship.
