During her studies, Penelope completed a student clerkship with the Court of Quebec. She also completed a university internship with the Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor, where she deepened her knowledge of administrative law and labour law. She volunteered at Université Laval’s Bureau d’Information Juridique (BIJ) and represented first-year law students at the student newspaper Le Verdict.
