During her career at Lavery, Amélie has developed expertise in other specialties, notably real estate law.

As part of her duties, she assists clients and lawyers in preparing legal documents for corporations, including incorporations, organizations, annual resolutions, and mergers. She also handles various filings with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec and Corporations Canada. Amélie also updates the minute books and company registers.
