Profile

Catherine is a member of the Business Law group and focuses her practice primarily on real estate law, as well as on the protection and transfer of family assets in the areas of family law, persons, and estates. 

In particular, she assists clients with the drafting of wills, protection mandates and advance medical directives, as well as with various non-contentious proceedings.

She joined Lavery in 2024 as a student before completing her internship in notarial law. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Laws in Civil Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Notarial Law (LL.M.) from Université Laval.

Prior to joining the firm, Catherine broadened her legal experience by serving in various roles within the judicial and academic communities, including as a court clerk and judicial assistant at the Superior Court.
