Profile
Aurélie Ouellet is a member of the Family, Personal, and Estate Law team. She focuses her practice on family law, handling cases involving divorce, separation, property division, child custody, and child and spousal support.
Before focusing her practice on family law, Aurélie practiced civil litigation and construction law, an experience that allowed her to develop a broad understanding of legal and procedural issues, which she now puts to good use in her work. She stands out for her meticulous approach and attentiveness to the needs of her clients.
Driven by a desire to get involved and contribute to the evolution of family law, Aurélie participated in the most recent reform by collaborating on the drafting of a brief on Bill 56 (Act to reform family law and establish the parental union regime), which she had the opportunity to present to the National Assembly. She has also co-hosted training sessions for lawyers to explain the new legislation on parental union.
