As part of our Talent and Professional Development team, she is responsible for university recruitment and the integration, coaching and skills development of all our students and articling students.

Before joining Lavery, Florence was the manager of student and articling programs for a large international law firm. She also worked as a campus recruiter for an international accounting firm, where she was responsible for audit recruiting and onboarding interns across Quebec.
