He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke and has valuable experience in law firm practice, having previously interned as a law student at three law firms during his university co-op placements.

During his studies, Médérick completed a clinical placement with the bench of the Court under the supervision of the Honourable Justice Martin Bureau of the Superior Court. In addition to his professional experience, he put his meticulous drafting skills at the service of his fellow students by volunteering as editor-in-chief of his faculty’s student newspaper.

Beyond his demonstrated passion for journalism and international affairs, he is also an avid winter sports enthusiast.
