In her practice, Natalia advises employers on all aspects of labour and employment law, including matters related to hiring, working conditions, termination of employment and labour standards. Should a dispute arise, she provides assistance and representation to employers before Quebec’s judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. 

She also helps clients to develop and implement internal policies, and to interpret and enforce employment contracts. 

In addition, she provides businesses with strategic advice on all aspects of labour and employment law relating to business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
