Lavery welcomes three new lawyers at its Quebec City office
Lavery is pleased to announce that three new lawyers have joined its Québec City office. Martin St-Amant (Barreau 1989, Corporate Law) completed his civil law degree at the University of Ottawa and holds a diploma from the Institute of Higher International Studies in Paris and a doctorate from the Université de Paris Sorbonne in international commercial law. He was part of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) negotiating team. His clients include corporations of all sizes that he advises on business immigration and on both national and international commercial law and intellectual property matters. Antoine Motulsky-Falardeau (Barreau 2003, Litigation Group) practises civil and commercial litigation and private international law. He advises and represents public and private corporations, shareholders, entrepreneurs and organizations in relation to their business and disputes in the areas of transportation, energy, franchising, construction, insurance, the garment trade, and the arts, in particular. He also teaches private international law at the Laval University Faculty of Law. Renalda Ponari (Barreau 2018, Litigation Group) joined the Lavery team in the winter of 2018. She completed her civil law degree at the University of Ottawa and the Barreau du Québec’s professional training program en 2017. Renalda was a constitutional law research assistant and worked for a law firm in the Gatineau region and for the Department of Justice Canada while she was a law student.
