Stingray Resources Inc. has conducted a prospectus financing for more than $50M. The proceeds from the financing enabled it to fund the entire acquisition of the El Pilar project, purchased from Xstrata plc. Stingray Resources Inc. is a Canadian mining exploration company that concentrates its activities in Mexico.
