Supreme Court decision on professional liability

On April 4, 2013, the Supreme Court of Canada dismissed the application for leave with respect to the Québec Court of Appeal rulings in Audet c. Transamerica Life Canada and Souscripteurs du Lloyds c. Alimentation Denis & Mario Guillemette.
