Mr. André Laurin, a Business Law partner at Lavery, was recently appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Université de Sherbrooke. Since 2012, Mr. Laurin has been a member of the University Senate and the Board of Directors of the Université de Sherbrooke.
Mr. Laurin has acknowledged expertise with respect to training and courses on corporate governance, directors' liability and ethics.
