Miyaléa joined to the Lavery firm as a student in 2025 and will be articling with the firm in 2027. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Montréal.
Committed to giving back to her community, Miyaléa volunteered at the Saint-Michel legal clinic, supporting victims of racial profiling during her law studies.
In the fall of 2025, she will have the opportunity to expand her knowledge of French legal traditions as an exchange student at the University of Montpellier.
