Maxime Duval-Charland Maxime is a member of the Business Law group and focuses his practice on commercial law, technology law and real estate. As part of his practice, Maxime negotiates, drafts and revises various legal documents relating to commercial transactions. He is also called upon to support and advise clients on their business and operational activities. In addition, Maxime regularly takes on the role of strategic advisor by collaborating on the development and implementation of legal and business strategies to achieve development and growth objectives for his clients.
