Laurence will join the Lavery team as a student in the summer of 2022 and will finish the bar in 2023. She is currently completing her law studies at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Prior to her legal studies, Laurence studied business administration with a specialization in human resources management.
Laurence is passionate about litigation. During her studies, she interned at the Centre québécois du droit de l'environnement and at Dialogue. She also worked in a firm specialized in family law and at the Municipal Court of the City of Laval.
Involved in her community, she was coordinator for an NPO, the Service d'aide légale pour les victimes d'abus sexuels. As part of her mandate, she developed a training project for high school and university students to raise awareness on the legal aspects of consent. She also acted as a mentor for paralegal students in a pleading competition in collaboration with Juripop.
