Charles Ceelen-Brasseur is a member of the Business Law group and practices chiefly in the areas of private financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
Mr. Ceelen-Brasseur is a member of the Lavery Go inc. program, where he serves as strategic advisor and assists several entrepreneurs and startup businesses. He is also a member of the aviation and aerospace group, offering tailored services to the various players in the Canadian aviation industry, namely on acquisitions, sales and financing of aircraft equipment.
Mr. Ceelen-Brasseur completed a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) at McGill University, during which he studied, inter alia, comparative European Law at the University of Maastricht, in the Netherlands. During his legal studies, Charles got involved with the McGill International Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy, the Legal Information Clinic and the Student Advocacy Program at McGill.
